client: (RED)
project: (RED) Room
medium: Exhibition

To mark World AIDS Day (1st December 2008) (RED) brought a display of Annie Leibovitz's photography to the National Portrait Gallery in London. The display had three facets, to show the stunning portraits, to explain the work of (RED), it's history and it's purpose, and to showcase the (RED) products both new and existing.

We created a space that celebrated the aims of the (RED) project by presenting the products as contemporary design artefacts with a purpose. By displaying consumer items in 'traditional' display cases the space maintained it's artistic integrity and generated a positive enviromnment where commercialism and consumer conciousness could be examined.
