Swedish Chef was producing a new album and wanted the design to represent the home made feel of the independant music scene. Swedish Chef have been friends of Odessa Design for a number of years so we jumped at the chance to create a 'hand made' album for him. He wanted something unusual and so after much discussion we eventually decided upon and sourced the circular cd covers. These obviously necessitated a circular piece of print which would have cost a fortune to be diecut, instead we had them printed on A4 sheets and using cirle cutters cut them out inhouse... the things you do for love! The result however was most definitely worth it. |
