* We were approached by the British Museum to create two hands-on activities for families to use within The British Museum. The first was for sets of building blocks with images of the lamassu (Ancient Near East creatures) one bull, one lion. The second to make copies of the Mexican calender out of wood.

We researched a number of different methods of creating the blocks, and working with a joiner, we settled on creating them out of cedar, as it is pale in colour, light in weight and cost effective. The next stage was to screen the illustrations, this proved a challenge as the blocks are 50mm square, and six of them needed to be screened on two sides, three on three sides. However working with a fantastic local screen printer, the screening worked really well and we made 10 sets of the Lions and 10 of the Bull.
